Retainly is pre-launch. For now, the only thing you can do here is join the waitlist — so these terms are short. By joining, you agree to them.
Retainly is an upcoming mobile app that's not yet available. This site lets you join a waitlist to be notified when it launches. We can't promise a launch date, that the product will work exactly as described here, or that everyone on the waitlist will receive access — features and timing may change as we build.
When you join, we may give you a personal invite link. You're welcome to share it. A few ground rules:
Please don't misuse the site — that includes attempting to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to it, or using it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
How we handle the data you give us is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site you agree to that policy.
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Because Retainly is pre-launch, things may change, pause, or break without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retainly won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the product develops. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
